The Manko restaurant is an authentic celebration of Peruvian gastronomy, with dishes inspired by the culinary arts of the entire world. Influences from Europe, Japan, China and Africa have merged with the ancient culture of the Andes and the exuberance of the Amazon, creating a universe of flavours to be discovered and shared. This new concept is a true four-handed approach combining the complementary skills of both agencies, creating an extraordinary experience in the world of luxury hospitality. Right from the entrance, cultures meet at the crossroads of a rope installation inspired by Inca quipus and the exceptional archaeological site represented by the beach. As the journey continues, the visitor is completely immersed. The lush vegetation overlooking the main arch encourages you to continue on your way to the different areas. In each bar and restaurant, the original patinas and patterns are combined with Mediterranean treatments; golden details punctuate the space, reflecting the light already diffused by the woven straw ceilings. Open to the beach by day, the space transforms at night to become its own destination. The furniture, all bespoke and locally made, incorporates details of Manko’s identity, both in form and in the choice of stone, wood and fabric.
